No Call/No Show: You will be charge $75 plus you forfeit your service payment. Multiple offense will result in begin schedule blocked for one year or a $350 fee to be unblocked.

Late Policy: Please arrive at or before the time of appointment. Any guest arriving 15 minutes late will be charge a $35 late fee. Any guest arriving after 15 minutes will be charged $75 late fee. You will need to reschedule and you will be charged for that day of service.Late policy heavily enforced.

Cancellation/ Reschedule: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give a 24 HOUR notice. Failure to do that within that time period will result in you forfeiting your service payment. A new deposit of $75 plus service payment will be require when booking your next appointment. The original payment and any payment due will be forfeited.
